represent MSNA in matters relating to the association, work with 1st VP in arranging meetings

work with the President for 1 year to prepare to take on presidential duties the following year

peform presidential dutiesin order of rank in the absence of the president, be responsible for program meetings, coordinate all fundraisers

peform presidential dutiesin order of rank in the absence of the president,responsible for submitting and recommending proposed revisions of the bylaws to MSN, coordinate all fundraisers

keep current list of all members, record and distribute the minutes, preserve all papers, letters, and transactions of the association, sent State Secretary of LASN the names and addresses of all officers immediately after elections

maintain and keep accounts for the association, pay bills approved by the committee, co-sign with advisor

maintain Robert's Rules of Order in the association, assist with bylaws revisions

attend all Senate meetings of MSU Wed at 4pm or notify alternate senator, give full report at regular meetings

trace and record both past and present MSNA history in print and pictures, keep our MSNA boards updated, complete scrapbook

create and publish association newletter for each meeting

plan community events and/or projects

maintain current member list, promote membership
